Our storage rooms offer an answer to these questions. The key to our file storage facility is the ability to offer you individually alarmed rooms where we can shelve your file boxes and access them 24/7 free of charge. There are no cataloguing fees and no file retrieval fees.

It is the most secure cost effective way to store your important files. You have the only access to the files not even our staff are allowed enter your room without permission. We can also provide you with double walled archive boxes which we can deliver to your facility. Our storage rooms can accommodate anything from 1 box up to 10,000 boxes.

Cost and Size
We have straightforward monthly invoicing and our storage agreement allows you to hire your space straight away and for as little as 1 month or for as long as you like. The price you are quoted for your room is the price you pay and our storage charge includes service charges, utility bills, security and rates.

• 3 months in advance = 5%
• 6 months in advance = 7.5%
